The AEO Checker tool is operated by Dani Gleba ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use it, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

The URL you submit. The public web page you ask us to analyze. We fetch and score the public version of that page.
Your email address. Only when you ask us to send you a report or join the newsletter.
Basic usage data. Standard, privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. which tool was used). We do not build advertising profiles.

We do not create accounts, and we do not ask for names, payment details, or any sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

To generate and deliver your report.
To send you the newsletter and occasional related updates, if you opted in.
To understand which tools are useful and improve them.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the service: an email/newsletter provider (beehiiv) to store your email and send messages, and an email delivery service to send your report. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and you can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing daniglebapuig@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights over your personal data; we honor those requests.
